Lunch Room Visitation

Sign-Up Guidelines

Lunch visitors may only attend ONCE PER MONTH to allow everyone an opportunity to have lunch with their child.
Due to limited space, visitors are limited to TWO VISITORS per student. School aged children are not permitted on campus as lunch visitors.
Parent/Grandparents (with parental permission) may have lunch with their child.
Visitors are welcome Tuesday through Friday. This gives students an opportunity to catch up with their friends after the weekend and socialize with peers around them on Mondays.
On special event days, our school will be a closed campus. These days will be listed in the Jenks Journal, on our campus website, and communicated by teachers.

Lunchroom Guidelines

Guests will sit at the visitor table with their child.
Seating is limited and will fill up quickly.
If the visitor table is full, you will have to wait until seating becomes available.
Visitors are not permitted to sit at the student tables.
Friends of your student are not allowed to be invited to the visitor table.
A student must stay with their visitor while the visitor is present.
A student may not go back and forth between the student/visitor tables.
Parents should never approach other students. Parents are requested to talk with a cafeteria monitor/classroom teacher should there be any concerns.
Parents may not go to student tables.
Preschool aged children or younger must remain with their parents at all times.
Due to space limitations, school-aged or older siblings are not permitted.
The cafeteria is a NO-PHONE ZONE. No pictures or video recording will be allowed.

Visitors should:

Present a Government issued pictured ID to enter the building. NO ID = NO ENTRY, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Sit with only their child at the visitor tables.
Only bring food for their child.
Not have interactions with other students other than their own child.
The cafeteria is a NO-PHONE ZONE. No pictures or video recording will be allowed.

Would you like to eat lunch with your child? Reserve your spot! Lunch visits will begin September 3rd. Remember parents are invited to come eat lunch once a month.
